As a recognized member of both the American and European Medical Writers' Associations (AMWA and EMWA), AC Editors is pleased to offer editing and writing services specifically geared to those working in all disciplines of the medical and scientific fields.
Our basic fee is $35/hr* (plus GST). This rate is based on 5 double-spaced pages/hr (in Times New Roman 12pt font, 1" margins). For projects less than 5 pages, the charge is $35 (plus GST). Send us an e-mail with a brief description of your project needs and deadlines. We will promptly respond with a competitive, no-obligation quotation and estimated time of completion before we commence work on your project.
For projects greater than 40 pages, a 30% deposit is required.
The fee for projects requiring a completion time of less than 24 hours is $40/hour* (plus GST). Please note that we cannot guarantee rush completion of oversize projects.
Confidentiality: We recognize and value your hard work. As such, all documents submitted to Academic & Corporate Editors remain strictly confidential, and the information contained therein is never disclosed to anyone else under any circumstances.
Payment: You have two options when it comes to payments.
PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for the editing. If you do not have a PayPal account, they are easy to set up and completely secure. Please note, however, that for security reasons it takes 2-3 business days to set up a PayPal account.
Online Banking. If you have online banking, you can use it to pay for the editing. Simply log into your online banking account, go to Transfers and click on Interac Money E-mail. Then, follow simple instructions to send us your payment. To pay with online banking, all you need to know is the recipient's e-mail address and the total amount you wish to send. It only takes a few minutes to send/receive a payment, and it's as secure as using Interac in a retail store. Your bank will ask you to create a special secret question/answer for each money transfer. You may use whatever secret question/answer you want, but please make sure to e-mail us and provide the answer to the secret question exactly as you typed it.
Outstanding payments over 30 days will incur a penalty of 15%.
